POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Hours:
7:30 am – 6:00 pm Monday-Friday
Children must be signed in and out every day. A late fee of $5.00 will be assessed for every 15 minutes that the child is not picked up past 6:00pm. The late fee must be paid before your child returns to the program.
Holiday Closures:
The program will be closed on May 30th in observance of Memorial Day and July 4 in observance of Independence Day.
Fees & Payment Procedures:
Payments are to be paid in advance each week. There will be a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks.
Absences:
Weekly fees are not prorated for absences. Your fee pays for direct operating costs (staff, snack, breakfast & lunch, arts & craft supplies, field trips, etc.). When you register your child for the summer program, you are reserving the time, space and staff for your child.
Field trips:
All field trips costs are included in the summer program fees. We will notify you in advance of any field trips. If you wish to accompany us on field trips, special arrangements will be made.
