Our program is a place where youths can gather under adult supervision during the high-risk hours of 2:00pm-6:00pm when most juvenile crime occurs.
We provide a host of services designed to prevent delinquency, reduce recidivism and decrease the rate of juvenile crime from current levels through increasing positive behavioral changes in youths and their families through tutoring, mentoring and youth/family counseling.
